Dining room with large table for 8/10 diners.

1 bedroom with a 150x200cm King bed.

Full bathroom

Kitchen and small dining room. The kitchen has direct access to the back of the garden, perfect for breakfast enjoying the Seville sun!

Garden Suite:

Private apartment in the garden. It has a bedroom with bed 180x200cm and full Bathroom. One living room with smart Tv and sofa bed, and full equipped kitchen

Floor -1 (Basement)

Large basement, with access to the rear garden. It has a room with two 90x200cm beds and a private bathroom with a shower. It has a pool table and a foosball game

Floor 1: (Upper floor of the main house)

This floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Bedroom 1: 2 beds of 105x200cm

Bedroom 2: 2 beds of 90x200cm

Bedroom 1 and 2 share a bathroom located in the hallway.

Bedroom 3: two 105x200cm beds and a private bathroom with a bathtub in the room.

Bedroom 4: two 90x200cm beds, private bathroom with shower

All rooms are very spacious and bright, the house is totally exterior so it has plenty of light. The main room has wonderful views of the Park and Plaza de España, without a doubt, a magical awakening!

Floor 3:

On this floor we find the incredible terrace. Without a doubt the most wonderful sunset in Seville! You can enjoy views of the Maria Luisa Park and Plaza de España.

The terrace is equipped to enjoy this private and unique space! It has loungers, chairs and tables.

This area has a room where the washer and dryer are and some kitchenware and refrigerator

The garden has one of the few Centennial trees in Seville. A Magnolio, protected by the Heritage of Seville. Undoubtedly, a show in spring because the smell and beauty of the blooming Magnolia. In the back, it has a table and chairs to enjoy the peace of the garden.

The whole house is equipped with heating, air conditioning and double windows, which ensures optimal comfort during your stay.

The location could not be better! Located in one of the best residential neighborhoods in Seville, the El Porvenir neighborhood, it brings us close to the historic center; and it takes us away from the noise and bustle of it.
